• Simikot • Railing Gumba • Dojam

This collection is of our initial days in the remote village of Simikot and of the six days circuit that brought us to a one thousand year old monastery, interesting geology exposed by the Dojam R. and the many photographic opportunities along the way.

These images were captured on a small, but mighty, compact Sony α6000 APS-C mirrorless camera, with a stock 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 lens. They are derived from some 1300 images and here you will see 81 images in this collection. There is an original unabridged version that consists of 108 images and you may view it here.
